Snapshot: April 2026. † Kayak nightly rate range, hotel-only, USD (recent 2-week booking window). Costco Travel pro tip: drops resort fees + free airport transfers on this exact property (reviewer-verified) — can shift $400–700 CAD vs ACV. Click Costco first, then compare.

Michael, focus up. Tres Cerveza's is the only on-site microbrewery in Cancún. Three house beers, brewmaster Juan José García will walk you through a tasting flight, and no one will question why you're there for an hour. That alone is almost a good enough reason to blow past the budget. Add: ocean on three sides (you cannot run out of beach), 9.4 rating (highest on our list), Chevy's pumps out burgers and milkshakes for Cohen, Charlotte can run her Spanish through Habaneros beachfront ceviche spot, and Bastille is adults-only in the evening for Tova & Michael to have a real date. Book via Costco Travel: reviewers confirm no resort fees + free airport transfers, which is a genuine multi-hundred-dollar swing on this property.

DaveD_Friendswood·2025-06·Family·TripAdvisor
★★★★★
"Perfect for a destination wedding"
"Butler service and personalized service included pressing clothes for the wedding. Staff tracked down a lost phone left in airport shuttle."

★★★★★
"Turquoize Tower outstanding"
"La Bastille, the adults-only French restaurant, where the flambéed Baba Rhum dessert was unforgettable. Rooftop pool offered incredible panoramic views."
Porfirio·2026-03·Couple·TripAdvisor
★★★★☆
"AC failed mid-stay"
"The second day of our stay, the air-conditioning went out in what seemed to be the entire building. Repairs were inadequate and took multiple attempts."
Becky K·2026-03·Larger party·TripAdvisor
★★★☆☆
"Allergy care great, service slow"
"The hotel has a wonderful culinary concierge, Santiago, for gluten-free meals. But room service was slower than expected and dining waits were lengthy at Lorenzo's."
Voyage513962·2026-04·Family·TripAdvisor
★★☆☆☆
"Management failed to follow through"
"The room had a strong smell of mold and mildew and toilet issues. Promised Hyatt points compensation after room downgrade were never delivered over one year later."
Kate Joe·2026-01·Family·TripAdvisor
★★★☆☆
"Pretty but could use updates"
"The best dinner was Lorenzo's — simple Italian food. Rooms are spacious but a bit dated, with brown chipping paint and dated cabinetry."
JEM29·2026-02·Family·TripAdvisor
★★★☆☆
"Better for families than couples"
"Not enough space allocated for adults-only areas. The beachfront view is beautiful but small, with insufficient beach chairs and cabanas for the property size."
