The Royalton is the Costco of Cancún all-inclusives. Not boutique, not scenic-postcard, but everything you need at an honest price and the rotisserie chicken is fine. 700+ rooms means sprawling everything: multiple pools, Aqua Nick waterpark (Nickelodeon-branded, if you go for the Royalton Splash sister building next door — check which tower), 12+ restaurants, and an actual casino for when Michael decides to donate $40 to the house. Tova: Diamond Club upgrade gets you a private beach area and a butler, worth the math. Charlotte and Cohen: teen disco, bowling alley, waterslide park. Autograph Collection = earn Marriott Bonvoy points. The trade-off: big-box vibe, anonymous-resort feel, occasional staff-service variability per reviews.
