This isn't a hotel, it's a village. The Palladium Riviera Maya complex is four interconnected resorts sharing a massive property — wristband access to all restaurants, pools, and beach stretches across the whole thing. White Sand is the family-friendly section with beach access, multiple pools, and the main entertainment area. The catch: it's an hour-plus from the airport — you're committing to Riviera Maya life, not Cancún life. Michael: the complex has a Sports Bar with craft beer, a brewery wouldn't be unreasonable. Tova: spa, yoga, Zentropia wellness complex. Charlotte and Cohen: Black & White junior club, Rock Stage entertainment, go-karts (fee), mini-golf. 8k reviews say: solid experience, food better than you'd expect for the scale, some room-quality variance depending on which tower.
